Well, had my bi-annual teeth-falling-out dream. It was so real - I even said to myself in the dream "I have so many dreams about this and this time it's really true!" I don't know how the hell I'm supposed to deal with these dreams if I can't tell they're dreams!? Usually in the dreams I try to go get it fixed, but never get to a dentist's or something.
