Was feeling mephistophelian today and thinking of the phrase "keep your friends close and your enemies closer." It has a nice, evil, all-encompassing Big Brother ring to it. But it's hard to feel mephistophelian when you're sneezing every 3 seconds, so i gave up. Fregmekkin' cold. done "world of wonders" so i'm gonna start on steve's pratchett ("soul music") again. Hmph. like the phrase in the email laura sent me yesterday, "oxygen is like sex, it never feels important unless you're not getting any."
