weird day today, very cold. hate to think what it would be like north of here.

saw gagan today, she was studying at robart's. that was kinda cool. we were never close, but it was like hey, you can take the tfser out of tfs, but you can't take tfs out of the tfser...

got another interview tomorrow. applied for maybe 5 jobs. the one i WANT hasn't called back yet, but i only sent it off yesterday. it's this one at a "women's apparel and leatherwear boutique" :) that's the kinda shit i like... the one tomorrow's a bilingual phone operator, $10-15/hr, which is good. in 4 days i could get the parents' scanner. and it would be a job i actually wouldn't mind working an 8-hour shift on.

play rehearsal saturday. :) lookin' forward to being on a different side of the stage this time. and tom from grabba's is gonna do standup at stein's sunday, i am SO there. :) tom's cool.

still stalling on essay.

mike's cooking. hehehe... naked and pregnant and barefoot... how a man should be... MHD... [i called, he reminded me- Man-Hating-Dyke... actually, i see a song coming up here... "Mike, Mike was a man-hating-dyke, a lesbian in the body of a man was he..."]

i think i've bumped a tooth out of whack.

strand staff party friday. YAY! :) as brett said, "opportunity to see your wonderful-editor-boss-person get wonderfully drunk" :) brett's so cool. especially the hair. maybe i'll invite michelle.

Sunyata. the word i've been looking for all this time. weeks, anyway. the buddhist concept of good-empty. Catharsis of everything. The emptiness and clarity caused by being totally balanced and in harmony with yourself, with the kind of emptiness which incites creative growth. like a uterus that has just had a tumour removed- all set for babymakin'! :) that's what i've been experiencing these last few weeks. sunyata. totally balanced emptiness. so much nicer when you have a word for it.
